A new focus on families:
The FamilyPHIT program is based on the rationale that parents are examples to their children. Children learn habits and behaviors from their parents as early as infancy and carry those behaviors into adulthood. The FamilyPHIT program is designed to encourage parent-child interaction that will help develop healthy habits for the entire family.
